This health care technology job will be responsible for staying
current on all client EMR application functions, as they are updated
or developed; gaining technical training proficiency in the application
as well as Windows-based programs, and extending your knowledge
of medical terminology. This health care technology job will be
responsible for planning, organization, and implementation of
training for new and existing clients for this client's EMR application.
In addition, This health care technology job may be required for
sales demos and for the training of new employees. To qualify
for consideration for this position, you must meet or exceed the
following: A 4-year degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Health
care-related or Information Technology or equivalent, related
work experience. 2+ years implementation experience with an electronic
medical record application (e.g., McKesson, Meditech, Cerner,
IDX). You must have experience managing the setup and installation
process of an application within a clinic to be considered. 2+
years experience training new and existing users in both one-on-one
and classroom settings on a local and national level. Ability
to train users functioning at all levels within the client's customer
base. This health care technology job requires experience in the
design, development and maintenance of Train-the-Trainer, Administrator
and End-User training programs. Ability to step in and assist
with EMR helpdesk functions where required. This health care technology
job requires experience in the testing and development of new
releases.
HEALTH
CARE TECHNOLOGY TRAINING & IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST
We are looking for a team player with strong clinical ambulatory
experience, demonstrated people skills and computer skills to
provide technical training assistance, implementation support
and customer product support for a medical software product.
In this health care technology job ambulatory experience is
essential to success in this position! Primary Responsibilities
in this health care technology job: Customer product support,
product customization for clients, online training web-based
product demonstrations. Also provide clinical analysis support,
participate in on-call rotation of support calls, assist with
documentation updates. Job qualifications of this health care
technology job: 3+ Yrs experiernce in an ambulatory clinical
environment. This health care technology job requires 3+ experience
LVN, LPN, RN or other medical certification and 1+ Yrs experience
as a trainer or supervisor preferred. Confident Phone skills
and excellent written & oral skills are a MUST. Strong computer
skills required and ability to learn new software is a MUST.
Must be motivated and comfortable operating in a fast paced
environment in this health care technology job.
